6. ティーチングに対するこだわり：I value equality, so i give my students all the time they need to think and share what they have in mind. As much as i could, I let my students talk more than i do. The more they speak, the more they learn. The more they learn, the more they improve.

7.一言： I'm so glad that so far, learning is really a two-way street. I just don't teach but I also learn from my students most especially to those who show eagerness in all that they do.
